All systems now back online after the file hosts corrected an issue in their firewall. Sorry for the downtime but this one was totally out of my hands, it is typical i was also attending a family funeral today so could not address the problem any sooner.
Files Offline
So it looks like a problem with the file hosts. As communicated previously, today they performed some scheduled maintenance, the files being offline coincided with this time period. I am now unable to remount the share on the server as it times out. I can mount it on my windows PC, but directory browsing of the share is extremely slow.
I have logged a support ticket with the hosts, but currently there is little more i can do. Bear with me

Firmware File Repository Scheduled Maintenance
The file server hosts will be performing maintenance work on the servers. During this maintenance period, the Firmware File Repository will not be available for a short time. We have been told that the downtime for the Storage Box will last only a few minutes.
